Vinterns turer jan-feb 2010

Per Ole Lund is the grand old man in the Norwegian whale watching. He started Killer Whale Safari in 1992 cooperating with Turristcenter in Tysfjord and together they started Orca Tysfjord. He has long experience in whale watching - both at winter and summertime.

The situation with the Orcas has changed the last couples of years; the herring does not go into the fjords any longer.
This winter season Per Ole will organize whale expeditions in his own company - Lund Nature cruise.
We will follow the Orcas - star in Bodø in the beginning of the season and later start in Kristiandsund. Than we have a great possibility to follow the herring - and the Orcas.

The trips will be 6 days and it is possible for 12 persons to live and eat on the boat.
We are cooperating with www.lofoten-opplevelser.no and they have a RiB boat - they have long experience in snorkelling with orcas. They has been a partner in whale watching since 1997 (Tysfjord and Vestfjord).
